What services does envision Behavioral Health provide?

We provide in-home ABA therapy, telehealth, parent and caregiver training, and school consultation. Center-based services are planned for a later phase.

What is ABA therapy?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that uses individualized goals, teaching strategies, and ongoing measurement to help children build meaningful skills and increase independence in everyday life.

Do you provide in-home ABA therapy?

Yes. In-home ABA is a core part of our service model. Providing care in a child’s natural environment can help families work on skills that matter in daily routines and real-life situations.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Telehealth may be used when clinically appropriate for parent training, caregiver support, consultation, and other services that can be effectively delivered remotely.

Do you offer Private Family Consultation?

Yes. Private Family Consultation is a focused self-pay option for parents and caregivers seeking professional guidance, planning, or coaching without beginning a full ongoing ABA program. The scope is tailored to the family’s questions and is subject to clinical review and availability.

What ages do you serve?

We serve children and adolescents, with a strong focus on early intervention and individualized care based on each child’s needs, strengths, and goals.

Does every child receive the same treatment plan?

No. Care is individualized. Goals are developed based on the child’s strengths, needs, family priorities, assessment findings, and the environments in which meaningful skills are needed.

Do you work with insurance?

We work with major commercial insurance plans in Washington. Coverage, network participation, authorization requirements, and benefits vary by plan and product. Our team can help verify your coverage before services begin.

Do you work with Apple Health?

Apple Health availability may vary based on current program capacity and plan participation. Please contact our team so we can confirm current availability and discuss your specific coverage.

Can you check my benefits before I start?

Yes. Once we have the information needed to review your plan, our team can help verify benefits, network status, authorization requirements, and the next steps for starting services.

Do you offer private-pay ABA services?

Yes. Families may choose to pay directly for ABA services rather than use insurance. Private pay avoids insurance authorization requirements and may provide additional flexibility in scheduling and service planning, subject to clinical appropriateness and availability. Our team can explain rates and expected costs before you decide how to proceed.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

If you do not have insurance or choose not to use insurance to pay for care, federal law generally gives you the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges when you request one or schedule services far enough in advance. Read our Good Faith Estimate information for details.

How do I request services?

Start by submitting a Request Services form or contacting our team. We’ll learn more about your child, your family’s priorities, your location, and your insurance coverage, then explain the next steps.

Do I need a diagnosis or referral before contacting you?

You are welcome to contact us even if you are still figuring out the process. Diagnosis, referral, and authorization requirements can vary by insurance plan, and our team can help you understand what may be needed for your situation.

How quickly can services begin?

Timing depends on clinical availability, your location, insurance requirements, assessment needs, and staffing. Our team will provide the clearest available timeline after learning more about your family’s needs.

What does a typical ABA session look like?

Sessions are individualized and may include play, structured teaching, practice within everyday routines, opportunities to communicate and make choices, and caregiver collaboration. What a session looks like depends on the child’s age, goals, learning style, and treatment plan.

Who provides ABA services and how are they supervised?

A BCBA or Washington Licensed Behavior Analyst leads assessment and treatment planning and provides ongoing clinical supervision. Behavior Technicians work from the treatment plan and receive regular supervision, coaching, and performance feedback consistent with credentialing and insurance requirements.

How do you measure progress?

We collect data on individualized goals, review patterns over time, and use that information along with family input and clinical judgment to adjust teaching strategies and priorities. Families should understand what is being measured, why it matters, and how progress connects to everyday life.

Are parents and caregivers involved in treatment?

Yes. Parent and caregiver partnership is an important part of envision’s approach. Training and collaboration can help families understand strategies, support generalization of skills, and make progress more meaningful in everyday life.

Can envision collaborate with my child’s school?

Yes, when appropriate and with the necessary permissions. School consultation can help support consistency and coordination across environments, while respecting the roles of the family, school team, and clinical providers.

What areas do you serve?

We serve families across Snoqualmie, North Bend, Fall City, Issaquah, Sammamish, Carnation, and selected areas of Redmond. Service availability may vary by location and team availability.
